Facing My Fears Part 1

David Rahman Mind-coach is a long-term friend and someone I find extremely inspiring. I have always enjoyed life and would always be open to try new things. However, since starting my personal development with David last year I have learnt so much more about myself. It has allowed me to face my unknown fears and barriers, truly believe in myself, look at things from a different perspective and really appreciate what I have.  Personal development will always be part of my life, because I want to be the best version of myself,  build a life of no regret, push myself out of my comfort zone to achieve as much as possible and be the best role model to my son.

There are so many blogs I could write on my personal development journey. David asked me to do a guest blog. So, this is my first one.
